REVERSE PICK-UP & THIRD PARTY PICK-UP

To Schedule a Reverse Pick-Up

  •  A reverse pick-up means that the package to be picked-up is on another location as oppose to the usual case of being picked-up at the customer’s location/address.

  • To schedule a reverse pick-up, follow the steps outlined below (sample screen shots are added as well for your reference).
Using the Address Look-Up Field
  • Alternatively, the address look-up field can be used instead of the address drop down bar to select the appropriate company name and address. This is the more convenient option to use if there are a lot of addresses saved in the address book instead of scrolling up and down trying to find the correct selection (refer to sample screen shown above). Simply type a few letters until the right selection is given by the system. After choosing the appropriate name/address, reverse the addresses and proceed to complete the order details as outlined in step 2 above.

Addresses not saved in the address book

  • If a company name/address has not been saved in the address book, then the information would have to be manually entered for the first time. Make sure to save the address by clicking on the save address field (refer to the sample screen shown above). A check mark will appear and the next time the same address needs to be used, it will be saved in the address book.

To Schedule a Third Party Pick-Up
  • A third party pick-up means that a customer is scheduling/arranging a pick-up from one location to be delivered to another location (in this type of pick-up/delivery, RD Delivery will not be going to the customer’s location at all).

  • To schedule a third party pick-up, follow the steps outlined below (sample screen shots are added as well for your reference). The steps will resemble the ones you follow in scheduling a reverse pick-up with just a few differences.
